Important Changes Summary

We are working hard to make the transition to PNC Mortgage as smooth and easy as possible for all of our customers. Below is a summary of transition changes that may affect you.

Update NationalCityMortgage.com bookmarks.

If you bookmarked a National City Mortgage website you will need to update your bookmarks to the new PNC Mortgage address.

Update payee information in online banking bill pay services.

If you make your monthly mortgage payment via an online banking bill payment service you should update the payee to PNC Mortgage.

Please begin making your checks payable to PNC Mortgage.

You may continue to mail your payment to the same mailing address shown on your coupons.
